1. Most content images used in this site include descriptive ALT attributes. Purely decorative graphics include null ALT attributes.

Visual Design

1. This site uses cascading style sheets for visual layout.
2. This site provides font resizing functionality for most content within the site.
3. If your browser or browsing device does not support stylesheets at all, the content of each page is still readable.

Technical Design

1. The site is built with standards compliant XHTML.
2. Where possible we have attempted to use semantically correct markup to improve page structure and information context.
3. JavaScript is used in a variety of locations throughout the site to imporve the user experience. Where possible we have attempted to present alternative content for  those users who have JavaScript disabled in their browsers. 
4. The site is optimized for the following web browsers: Internet Explorer 6.0+, Firefox 2.0+, and Safari 3.0+ and Camino 1.66+

The download itself may be quite large for some (between 8MB to 16MB) so check to see if it is already available on your computer.
